Serina is our principal practitioner starting the practice in 1998. She read law at Adelaide University Law School and has a Honours Degree in Law and a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting. She has worked on large pieces of complex litigation stemming from the excesses of the 80's. Her areas of practice include commercial dispute resolution, litigation, transactions and advisory with a focus on small to medium businesses, property and commercial leasing and corporate insolvency law.
